We will have Artificial Intelligence that far surpasses the human mind. Think DATA from Star Trek.
We will have interplanetary space travel. Mars will have inhabitants via a man-made ecosystem. Vacation trips to Mars will be commonplace.
We will have made contact with, or heard a signal from some sort of lifeform outside of our solar system.
After the third world war, many millions of lives will have been lost. This will be the worst and most remembered event of the history of the earth.
Famine and hunger will be a thing of the past, as technology will find a way to cheaply and efficiently supply fresh water and food to everyone.
The gasoline engine will slowly become a rare commodity, as electric and hydrogen fueled vehicles become cheap and plentiful.
